Contact Us About Roof Estimates in Columbus, OH
Have a question about how this referral service works in Columbus, Ohio or elsewhere in Franklin County, OH? Use the form on this page. There is no phone line for the site, so the form is the one way to reach us, and it works the same whether you want a roofer's estimate or just an answer.
Questions Welcome
Most messages fall into one of two groups. Some people want a roofer to look at their house, from a brick double near the Scioto and Olentangy rivers to a newer home on the northern edge of town. Others want to know how the service works before they share any details. The same form handles both: pick the option that fits and add a line or two about what you need.
If you ask for an estimate, your request goes to one independent roofer who works in your area. That roofer, not this site, arranges the visit, prices the job and does any work you agree to. This site writes no bids and signs no contracts.
Here is how the money works. The roofing company that receives a request pays this site a fee for it. You owe the site nothing, now or later, and the site gives you nothing in return.
- Questions about the service. How requests are passed on, which towns are covered, or what happens to the details you send.
- Corrections. Spotted something on a page that looks out of date? Tell us which page and what changed.
- A problem with a roofer. Business-practice complaints belong with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section.
- Permit or license questions inside Columbus. The city's Building and Zoning Services handles contractor licenses and building permits.
We can't answer questions about a specific roof's condition or price from a message, since nobody here sees the roof. A roofer can, after a visit. For a rough planning number first, try the roof cost calculator, or read how the process works step by step.
